We take great pride in our work and want every customer to feel confident in their floral order.

 

If something about your floral arrangement does not meet your expectations, we welcome the opportunity to review the concern and make it right.

How to Report a Concern:

Because flowers are perishable and sensitive to handling and environment, we ask that you:

  • Notify us within a 2-hour window of delivery or pick up

  • Do not use, alter, or discard the arrangement

  • Provide clear photos of the arrangement along with a brief description of the concern

Following these steps will help us best fairly assess your concern.

How We Address Issues:

Once we receive the photos and details, we will review your concern and do our best to resolve it as quickly as possible. Depending on the situation, this may include repairing the arrangement, offering a replacement, or another reasonable accommodation, at our discretion.

Chargebacks:

We kindly ask that customers contact Tatis Floral before filing a chargeback with their bank or credit card company. Chargebacks can slow down resolution and may limit our ability to offer a replacement or other adjustment.

 

If a chargeback is filed, we may provide order details, delivery confirmation, photos, and our policies to the card issuer for review.

Returns and Refunds:

  • Due to the perishable nature of floral products, all sales are final

  • Natural variations in flower color, size, and bloom stage are normal and part of working with fresh, seasonal products

  • Issues arising from personal preference, change of mind, or conditions after delivery (including improper care or environmental exposure) are not eligible for refunds

  • Returns or refunds are not available unless the arrangement arrives damaged or unusable at the time of delivery or pickup
